I've heard it from more than one person that this place makes the best pizza, all coming from NYC replants or visitors that are self proclaimed pizza snobs/aficionados. The meatballs I hear are something to behold as well. Owner retiring and moving to Fl. will give you recipes/keys to the yummy goodness that has made them a local favorite. Think your pie is better, bring it on, over 2,600 square feet of restaurant, seating for 72 or more, parking for 20+ and a brand new Dollar general real close spending money for national advertising to bring people to their doors... this place can't fail. No need to spend money at a restaurant supply company because its turn key and you'll have all that equipment. Don't forget about the 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor for additional rent or live in it for the worlds easiest commute. Many other businesses line Route 52 in the immediate area helping push customers past and into your front door. Don't miss out!
