It's in excellent proximity to Children's Hospital, University of Washington, PCC, Metropolitan Market, Burke-Gilman Trail, U-Village and Metro bus lines (routes 32, 65). Looking for young professionals or graduate students who are respectful, clean, do not smoke and who are responsible. Open and welcoming backyard with BBQ. Don't worry about yard maintenance; I'll take care of it. We always split the utilities evenly (Water, Garbage, Sewer, Internet, Gas, Electricity) & are energy conscious. Street parking available (non-permit). Upper portion of house is occupied by owner. There are 2 bedrooms and although I'm flattered to receive so much interest from those looking to squeeze 3 occupants into the 2 bedrooms, I'd rather rent to 2 primary occupants.
