There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and the couch pulls out to a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Plenty of nice cotton linen, blankets and towels. Perfectly equip for both short and long-term stays. The new kitchen has stone counter tops, a gas range and powerful hood. It is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals at home new Cuisinart pots and pans, baking trays, sharp knife set, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, basic cooking oils, condiments, and spices, etc. There is very fast internet and dedicated work space with a monitor for remote/nomadic workers. Two mini splits, one in the living room and one in the bedroom to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the house. Parking Parking in this area of town can be tight, however, plenty of free parking is available here. Guests can securely park their car in the gated drive way in front of the home in the patio area, in the drive way outside of the gate, and there is also street parking. Guest access The guest house can be accessed through the gated entrance at the backside of the property or through the side of the main house. Guests will have their own unique access code to the smart lock to enter. Pet Friendly Fur babies are welcome; however, certain breeds are restricted. Please check with the host.
