We've recently purchased a home and are looking to relet this enormous 1bed/1bath, where we've rented for five years. Square footage for the price is already incredible, but the open living room into dining/office space makes it feel even bigger. Perfect space for single renter or couple. Hard to imagine a better location for the price: a couple minute walk to the heart of Andersonville, and a couple minute walk in the other direction to Mariano's and the Metra. Damen/Argyle brown line are both reasonable distances away as well. Big tub in the bathroom. Up to three A/C window units available on request (from the previous renters, not management). Tons of storage space (closets everywhere, one wall of the kitchen is entirely storage, not to mention the included storage unit in the basement). Laundry in the basement. Locking up bikes in basement storage area is permitted/encouraged. Very easy street parking out back (Ravenswood Ave.), but depending on the time of day, you can often get a spot right out front too. NOTE: You might have noticed some water damage to the bathroom sink cabinets; we left the sink running when it was stopped up, and are getting them replaced in the immediate future and should be done long before move-in. We've loved living here for the last five years, and are happy to talk more about it; just toss us an email. Management (Hayes Properties) is very responsive when it comes to maintenance/other requests. Heat/water included. Up to two cats allowed, no dogs unfortunately. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No deposit, $50 application fee/person, and a $250 move-in fee if accepted. Six-month leases are available for an additional one-time fee of $50.
