Caravan- The Tiny House Hotel, located at 11th and Alberta, is now offering its unique and beautiful tiny homes on wheels at greatly reduced rates due to the drop in regular business because of the novel Coronavirus pandemic. We're going to shift our tiny homes on wheels, which are typically used as nightly rentals, to serve those who need a place rent short term four weeks, by offering dramatically reduced rates for these extended stays. The special new rates are $1,400 + hotel tax for a one month stay. The one-month bookings can be renewed one month at a time. No long term lease is required. We have HUNDREDS of five star reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Google. Caravan is the first tiny house hotel in the country, and we've been proudly serving our community since June, 2013. We hope that Caravan can serve our community during this new time of need. The rooms are fully furnished, and cute as a button. There is high-speed internet, kitchens, bathrooms, and an outdoor courtyard. Each tiny house is fully independent, and has two separate beds. The rooms are always kept to immaculate cleanliness standards and we are sanitizing the rooms now with the appropriate cleaning and sanitizing agents. Our typical nightly rate for the hotel is $145/night, but our discounted monthly rates during the COVID-19 pandemic are $1,200/month plus the 15.3% hotel tax and we'd love to have you stay with us.
