Take that gravel road, and the house for rent is the second house on the left. This house is on a very large private lot. It is a small house at just 750 square feet, and we recommend a single person or a couple live here. Lot is really nice and quiet, with old live oaks and azaleas lining the property. If you are interested, stop by between 11 and 3pm. Here's what we require: - Good credit - Good rental history and rentals. - Pay stubs showing at least 2x the rental rate. Rent is $1,200/month. Lawn service, trash pickup, and water are included. All major appliances including washer and dryer and provided. Electricity and Cable/Internet are the responsibility of the tenant. Water and trash pick-up included in rent. We will consider applicants with pets. $25/month added rent will be included for tenants with pets plus $200 additional deposit. Must have good credit and references to be considered.
