Walking distance to the Capital, many restaurants and shops. This is not suitable for a disabled person. You have to walk up and down a ramp to access it. Think low tide high tide. There is limited clothing storage. There is coin laundry on the docks. There is a parking lot you can buy a permit for. The house has a full size Fouton with a new memory foam topper. Upstairs is a loft with a Queen bed. You can not stand up in the loft. Sorry no cats dogs are negotiable. No smoking inside. Month to month. Short term rental only. Good for legislators.
