    Parcel Number# 10002330 Costilla County. This is a vacant lot. It once had a house that I demolished. It had no foundation under the walls. So I had to knock it down. Lot has 1000 gallon septic tank Co-op Water Power and Phone lines So you're basically buying the utilities. 1000 gallon cement septic tank is good for a 3 bedroom. I had it cleaned and inspected. Septic man he can add on to tank to make bigger. Said leech lines looked unused. Lot is ready for a new house. Taxes 2016 on 1080sqft house was $280. Now the house is demolished 2017 taxes are $24. Co-op water is $35 a month flat fee. Garcia Colorado is also about 30 miles north from Red River New Mexico Ski Resort, Taos, and Angel Fire Ski Parks are about 45 miles. So 3 ski resorts in less than a hour drive. Call me if you're interested. I'm trying to put a house on it right now. Land with utilities is very rare in the San Luis Valley. Most people spend around $15,000 on a well here, plus $5,000-$8,000 for septic. Yes, the county allows building permits, because this lot already has utilities. I'm fixing to get a house built, and take it off the market. Make a great place for a business also. There is a old gas station across the street. Could put business or a home here. It has potential. There use to be a hardware store here too. A bar/restaurant is down the street now, and a beer store. I am accepting written offers.
