Furnished condo!! Minimum stay, 2 months but prefer a long-term resident. Minimum stays during Jan- April will incur a higher rate. Our neighborhood is very quiet and homey. Half of the owners live in Canada half the year, and the remaining year is quiet as can be. We have a heated pool, a community center with a pool table, ping pong table, a basic kitchen, bbq grills, and the community center is available to rent for large parties/events. Every unit is a 4-plex with a lot of green space between the buildings. We are located upstairs, and you can not hear any of the neighbors. We also have black out curtains in the master room, and a very comfortable home. We just remodeled it to our liking with a fancy bidet toilet seat, new plush carpet, and a TV in each room. Life in Magnolia Sqaure is the perfect home life. Water/Trash/Internet/Cable is included, with 1 car port parking spot. Electricity is Duke and will be covered by the renter. The unit comes furnished.
