It's fully furnished with Full size beds, nightstands, lamp, dresser, It has its own private bathroom. You all share an equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, bakeware everything you need to start cooking. Living room, dining room and family room are all furnished. We have laundry on site and storage in the garage. Out side shower for getting sand off after enjoying the beach. Water, electric, pest control, garbage and lawn care are all included in the rent. This room with private bathroom is $850 a month 1st, last, and security. There is parking for 5 cars. Room is for 1 person only, NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs, and this is not a party house for having people over frequently. We are looking for no drama people, do not except anyone accused of a felony in the last five years, no violent misdemeanors and never have been evicted. Each tenant will have to have a free background check done. No smoking or vaping in the house or on the porches. I do a phone interview, then we arrange an appointment to see the house. So please call me! No smoking inside the house. Any type of vaping, marijuana, cigarettes are all to be done 20 feet away from the house designated smoking area. Doing cool months windows are opened and air-conditioning is turned off. There's no eating in rooms. Everyone cooks in the kitchen and eats in the dining room. We do not want cockroaches. Please don't apply if you are not capable of living on your own doing housework and are physically capable of managing your life. No other renter should have to help you walk or get things for you. You have to be careful capable of living and taking care of yourself.
