In the Summer of 2020 we updated all of the electric and all of the plumbing. We got a brand new water tank, furnace, hot water heater, washer, and dryer. We cleaned and repaired both stoves and chimneys. We pumped out and repaired the septic system. We tested the well-system and it came back completely clean. We added a metal ridge to the peak of the slate roof as the slates had a gap between them. We gutted and redid both bathrooms- new pipes, subflooring, and flooring. We updated toilet appliances, vanity and shower fixtures as well as cabinet hardware. We repaired the cement steps going into the home.
