Renter is responsible for all utilities of electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash. If you have a pet under 25 pounds the rent a month is $50. The lease is 6 months long and then becomes month to month. Parking spot can be assigned in the back area--all guests park in the street. We require a utility deposit of $125.
