Queen bed in first bedroom, twin bunkbed in second bedroom. All utilities and wifi are included. Living at the Pass is a unique situation so you must be ready for mountain life. Must be willing and able to run a snow blower on the rare times when we are not available to clear the driveway. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. No loud/large parties. Quiet hours from 10p - 8a. Absolutely no smoking/vaping on property. No pets. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children. All utilities and wifi are included. Utility usage will be reviewed on a quarterly basis for excessive use. No pets, even when friends visit. 1-2 parking spaces available. Minimum 6 month lease. Non-refundable $200 cleaning fee required. May need to run a snowblower (provided) in the rare case that owners are out of town. Furniture, TV's, dishes and utensils are included.
