Newly renovated, bright duplex in the heart of the Hyde Park neighborhood! This unit is the downstairs half of a craftsman style home built in the 1920s. With a large, open living room and dining area, new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, the unit is spacious and bright. The dining room also works great as an office, so we learned, or even a second bedroom. The unit was completely remodeled in early 2020 and we have been the only tenants since it got its fresh look. The house has new floors, paint, an updated kitchen, completely new bathroom, and new washing machine. Our favorites spot is the big front porch, where we spend most of our time. The renovation also converted an unused hallway/foyer into a huge walk in closet off the bedroom. Unfortunately, we can't stay in this lovely spot and are looking for someone to move in beginning October 1. We are looking for someone to move in on October 1st. All utilities other than internet are split with the other tenants including the people who live in the back house.
