This place is great for couples, but could easily fit one or two more people by converting the den space to a bedroom. We are moving out before Christmas, so you can move in between then and 1/1 if necessary. This apartment is located next to Sehome High School, right next to a bus stop on Bill McDonald Pkwy and an Arboretum trailhead, which is a lovely walk to campus! Amenities include W/d within unit, dishwasher, ample closet space including an outdoor storage closet on the balcony, 1 parking spot, and plenty of kitchen counter space. This is a lease takeover, lease runs til mid August, with option for renewal! Tenant will need to apply through Apex Properties, but I will cover the application fee if accepted. Willing to leave behind some furniture, such as a double bed (and lightly used mattress), couch, and microwave. Tenant will be responsible for electricity and a pro-rated security deposit. (Apex will give you the deposit back in August). No pets unless it's an ESA.
