The house is three blocks from downtown Urbana one direction and four the other way to the U of I campus. Washer and dryer in basement are shared with first floor tenant. Tenants and their cats have all enjoyed the place! 12 month lease ends July 25th, 2027. Shared house setup where upstairs tenant pays 1/3 of the power bill, and 1/2 of the water bill. Tenants have often just had downstairs pay power and upstairs pay water. Utilities amount to roughly $165-185 per month ($80-100 water bill, $55 Wifi bill, 16$ sanitation/sewer billed back annually by landlord, $13 street parking). Renter's insurance strongly encouraged. Owner will not show the property without verification that rental criteria have been met.
