Fresh paint, new floors, new windows, forced air gas heat and central air conditioning. Extensive yard work currently being done. Owner pays for water, sewer and professional lawn mowing. We rent month-to-month. At signing we need first month's rent, at least 1/3 of the total deposit. Deposit when complete will be $2,000. It is fully refundable IF the renter leaves the house/yard/fence/shed is good and reasonable condition. We allow one or two dogs. We don't charge pet rent.
