Great little place just outside of town in the country, but close enough to get to anything quickly. This property is on a 1 acre lot so plenty of space for the kids to play. Great little area and great neighbors all around! Good school district if you have little ones and easy access to get on the road if you need to get away for the day! We do make exceptions for pets but it is $100 per month per pet so that amount adds on to the monthly rent as well as the deposit. Renter is required to maintain the property inside and outl such as keeping the house clean and the yard maintained, and take care of any pest control that may arise while they are there. Renter is also responsible for all appliances.
