There is driveway parking inside a gate, next to the french doors that are the entrance to the apartment. Welcome to the Stylish Apartment. Your welcome starts with a safe, quiet, tree-filled neighborhood with houses set back from the road, where the neighbors know each other. Enter the apartment through a pair of French doors from the large patio with a burbling fountain, potted plants, and patio furniture, to a unit that is outfitted with the spotlessly clean comfort and convenience for the traveler. A high ceiling gives airiness to the apartment; the unit is light from tall front windows in the front as well as from the french doors. There are windows in the bathroom and kitchenette as well. The decor is a stylish mix of modern to select antiques; in Fort Worth style. The unit has its own washer/dryer. The main room features a sofa and bed, with a 52" tv to watch from either spot, wrapped in a cozy fleece throw. The small table next to the sofa has power and outlets for charging your phone and devices, while you have a drink and a snack. The bed has a Zinus frame, which is designed to accommodate large storage containers, bonus for the traveler. There is also a dining table with chairs, a secretary desk, large dresser, and a closet. You'll be ready to start your work or play day with a welcome tray of a lb of deluxe coffee and decaf; herbal, green, and black tea, sugar, creamer, sugar, and cookies. The coffee maker is cuisinart. You'll find avocado oil, grapeseed cooking oil, olive oil, spices, a britta water filter, and with snacks to get you started. You will enjoy Topo Chico mineral waters. The light green designer backsplash and jadeite accents add an upscale interest to the kitchen. The kitchen features a cooktop, refrigerator, Emeril Lagasse air fryer, cuisinart coffee maker, water kettle, and microwave, as well as new, upscale pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. High-quality storage containers as well as aluminum foil, ziplock bags, and plastic wrap make for easy cleanup and food storage. You'll have your own router in the apartment, with your own username and password for security. Internet is fiber at 300 mbps. For tv watching all you have to do is to plug the supplied hdmi cable into your computer or device. You can use your streaming services. We hope you enjoy your stay! No smoking of any type indoors, no candles, no air fresheners as our properties use the least allergens possible. No illegal drug use. There is one designated smoking area on the covered patio which is near the fountain, with comfortable outdoor furniture. Tenant is responsible for no cigarette butts anywhere on the property. Owner pays utilities. There is central air and heat, and a portable AC unit that sits on the floor, vented out the window, so tenant has control. There is also a space heater. Lease agreement is month to month with a minimum of 30 days rent, with 30 days notice by either party to end the agreement/rental period. Rent is $1170 per month. Refundable deposit of $200 or ask about Worry Free Waiver; a type of affordable tenant insurance. There is a tenant screening. There is a complimentary quarterly cleaning at 3, 6, and 9 months. Reduced-price monthly cleaning or bi-monthly (2x a month) cleaning is available. One well-behaved dog is allowed, 40# and smaller. No dogs under one year of age. Dog must have all vaccinations including kennel cough as there are other dogs on premises. There is a pet screening as an option to paying $200 pet deposit, and $20 per month pet rent. There is one parking spot in the driveway for the tenant. If parking inside the gate, the gate is kept shut except when vehicle is coming and going. No car repairs on the property. In cold weather 20* or below, tenant should keep cupboard doors open on the base cabinets with plumbing in them, and let the bathroom sink run slightly. Thermostat should never be set below 60 degrees in winter. This property is not childproof.
