There is a 40" flat screen Roku smart TV in the living room area giving you access to sign into your Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Hulu or other streaming apps. We have large upgraded tile throughout the downstairs and new plush carpeting throughout the upstairs. We offer WiFi throughout the house and even have a Nest programmable thermostat to help get the temperature exactly the way you like it.
