This condo features 2 spacious themed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living area. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You will also have free access to the community amenity center and clubhouse. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Up to two vehicles are allowed per reservation, and you can park in the street spaces in front of the building. Parking spaces are not assigned and are first come, first serve. A small clubhouse greets you as you drive into the resort, with old oak trees giving a feeling of peace and tranquility. The community offers a pool and spa to relax by, along with a fitness area. The clubhouse has a meeting room, perfect for playing board games, cards, or just sitting and doing a puzzle. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo and conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
