Bright, sunny beautiful and huge bedrooms with high ceilings, gleaming hardwood flooring in each bedroom, updated kitchen and baths. This one will not last. Tenants to pay all utilities. Parking is right behind the house for a fee. Sign up with the parking manager Brian. Allow 7 people for additional $200/mo rent. Current 6 tenants have been here for 3 years and enjoyed the lovely house and the location. In the past 6 years only 2 groups of students in this house. Once moved in, they do not want to move until they graduate. First month rent is due on or before 9/1/25. Remaining deposit is due prior to move in. All the tenants must be signing a Holding Fee Agreement. Then the property is off market and reserved for your group only. All utilities are paid by the tenants. Lawn cut is provided by the landlord for free. Wash machine is free to use.
