I moved out of Cincinnati and can no longer take care of my 4-unit building. Any and all offers welcome I'm open to all options, willing to keep the loan in my name for the term of my loan, lease options, etc. I would just like a down payment up front and am negotiable on all terms.There are 4 units with 1 rented on a long term lease (9 more years - EXCELLENT tenant) and 3 vacancies. 3/4 units were remodeled as of 2010, the one that isn't is occupied. Also 4 furnaces essentially brand new installed by HELP plumbing last August. Cash flow of 400-500 per month when fully rented out.The house needs TLC mostly on the exterior but minor things on the interior as well and new gutters are the major repair. Also the pipes froze in unit #1 this past winter during the freeze but were repaired buy plumbers (Robert Jones Plumbing) however there are a few tiles that needed removed in order to access the pipes and will need to be fixed. There is also trash in the basement and just general cleanup needed.
