A grace period runs through the 4th; rent is considered late on or after the 5th. Renters Insurance: To keep everyone protected, renters insurance is mandatory for all residents (plans typically start as low as $10/month). Pet Policy: We love your furry friends! The community allows a maximum of 2 pets (one dog and one cat, or two cats). Dogs must be under 50 lbs at full-grown weight.
