About the room: Looking for a roommate in my 2300sqft. townhouse near Larchmont / Korea town. Three floors of living space. Enjoy the cavernous living room with an 82" TV, beautiful large kitchen with Bosch and LG stainless steel appliances, and guest 1/2 bath on the first floor. The second floor has a bonus loft / 2nd living room for lounging or home-office, gaming, movie nights, etc. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (shared full bath between the two roommates) and in-unit laundry that is very convenient also on the 4rd floor. The building is only 5 years old and contains only 5 units, so privacy is excellent and so is security. Bedroom is not furnished. Pets are NOT allowed by the owner About you: Prefer no couples. Gay, Straight, or anything else is cool with me. Financially secure and able to prove it. No smoking/drugs in the house. No heavy partiers. An occasional get together with a group of friends is chill, and I will likely have groups of friends over occasionally too. Overnight guests happen, we're all adults, just give me a heads up and I will do the same so we aren't running into strangers in the house at 3am. Be reasonable and responsible. You should know how to use a dishwasher, put away clean dishes, take out the trash, and clean up after yourself like a normal adult. If you skateboard or you're into motorcycle racing, this might just be the best place for you, haha. Looking for great long-term roommates. No short-term rentals. Utilities are added up monthly and you would owe 1/3. Move in is 1st month's rent (pro-rated per day if not moving in on the 1st) + $1450 security deposit. You will need to fill our a rental app and have your credit & background checked (no fee). Both parking spaces for my unit are currently taken, so parking is street-only. If you have a motorcycle or scooter, there is plenty of room to keep that secured in our parking area though. 12 month lease
