This is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath upstairs apartment. It does not have laundry hook-ups but does come with appliances, a large deck and off st-parking. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except sewer which is paid by landlord. We do not allow inside smoking (including vapes) or pets. First month rent as well as security deposit due at signing. A 6 month lease is required which will revert to monthly at the end of 6 months time. A rental application will be provided before a viewing is scheduled.
