We're seeking someone to take over our lease for our wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1300 square foot apartment! We feel like we truly live in luxury for an amazing price a 15-foot balcony, massive sized fitness center, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and so much more. The lease is available to take over on September 16th, and it lasts until April 24th, 2025. It will be available to re-sign then as well! It's $1,985 a month paid online. They do allow pets (cats & dogs!) and they are super pet-friendly. Our backyard is this huge park on the river in the first photo (Yeatman's Cove & Sawyer Point) and we take our dog down there every day. Our cat loves the windows of our apartment because of how much natural sunlight is in it! Parking is available, either in a parking garage or an open-access lot that's super close to the entrance of the building. The building has key fob access and has felt very safe for us. The only reason we're moving is because we're relocating for work! Management has been the best I've ever seen in all my years of renting. They are on top of things, and always accessible. The location is great - walkable to all of the following areas or a quick drive or even uber. For any of the downtown events such as Bengals Games, Reds Games, concerts, festivals, etc you don't have to worry about parking and spending $30 and can just walk! It's secluded right past Heritage Bank Arena, and our apartment faces away from the city so noise is not a problem. Two large bathtubs, a walk-in closet, two additional closets in the bedroom, large windows with blinds, wifi hookup, great AC/ heating, granite counters, and we're the first apartment off the elevators on our floor. The laundry is directly across the hall from us, and it's used with a laundry card you load money onto in a machine in the building. No problems with that at all! It's the riverfront, which is great for walking, bringing your dog, having a picnic, etc. -for its location, it's honestly relatively quiet and tucked away. Signed lease is September 16th, 2024- April 24th, 2025. You will be up to re-sign for another lease after. The tenant does pay for Duke Energy, and water. Wifi preference is Spectrum. Parking is assigned either in an attached lot for $90/ month or in the attached garage for $120/ month Pet Fees are $30/ per pet No security deposit required - we've taken care of that already!
