Due to recent beach erosion, access to the beach from the deck directly across the street is temporarily unavailable. At this time, we don't have a confirmed timeline for when beach replenishment will be completed by the state and township. We will keep you posted as to any updates we get on the schedule of the beach replenishment. That said, safe and accessible free beach access is still very close and convenient. A public and free access point is located just a short less than 4-minute walk away at the corner of Ocean Ave and Shrewsbury Way. You can safely walk along the wide sidewalk that runs directly along the seawall to this access point in under 4 minutes. Please refer to the photos provided for a clear illustration of the location and walking route to this access point. As a thank you for your understanding, we are offering a 10% discount on your stay to account for this temporary inconvenience. All other aspects of the property remain unchanged guests can continue to enjoy the oceanfront deck and all amenities as usual. The right side of the deck (beach access) is reserved for property owners and not available for guest use . The parking lot directly in front of the beach access steps is reserved for property owners and not available for guest use. Property owners may use the beach access during your stay. Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host of $250. A breach of this rule will also result in the guest being asked to leave. Parties/ Events: Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. ID Verification: IDs will be requested for all non-airbnb bookings. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. Refund Policy: - There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
