A few things I want to mention before proceeding, just to make sure we're on the same page: -The house is currently occupied - please do not disturb tenants. -Prospective tenants will be required to submit an application/background check (no criminal history and a high credit score (700+) are required) -I prefer long-term tenants, so I'm asking for a 1-year lease to start -All occupants over 18 will need to sign the lease -All pets subject to initial approval -No smoking -Tenant pays all utilities (water, gas, electric) This is my only rental property, so I'm usually very responsive to any issues, but also more sensitive to issues with tenants should they arise.
