2 years ago I poured new concrete in the garage, driveway and sidewalks. New roof, paint, small deck off the back and installed a new garage door. It has a finished garage and an updated bathroom. I blew in another 6" of insulation, it has storm windows and a new sliding door, so along with the boiler and hot water heat, it is fairly energy efficient. Gas boiler and hot water heater in the cellar, the rest of the house is electric. HUGE corner lot, over a 1/4 acre! Front yard is fully fenced. Good sized master bedroom, with another good sized bedroom, the third is ideal for a nursery, younger child or office. Overall this a charming, well built, clean home.
