The only reason for selling is I took another job out of town. I am currently redoing one bathroom and the kitchen. They are not quite finished but will be before i sell the house. There is nothing wrong with this house. It Had a new roof in 2014. Central heat and forced air were put in in 2004 and work great. Very efficient energy bills.
