Rent. Form of Payment. Late Payments. For any rent payment not paid by the date due, Lessee shall pay a late fee in the amount of 10 Dollars ($10) per day late starting on the 6th of each month, unless prior payment arrangements with the lessor have been made. 4. Security Deposit.
