From there, you will enter your information and pay your application fee of $65 per person over 18 and a $200 administrative fee. Once your application has been approved, there is a $500 reservation fee to hold the unit which will then be applied to your first month's rent. 2. The lease options for our cottages are 10 to 15 months. Anything less than a 12-month lease will have a premium added to your rent each month. The premiums are as followed: a. 9-11 months $200 extra per month 3. We do allow pets in our cottages! There is a $350 pet fee (one time per pet) and pet rent of $25 (per pet, per month). We do require the most updated vet records for all the pets along with a signed addendum with your pet's information. We also only allow 2 pets per cottage. 4. You will need to set up your electricity and water. You will receive a packet of information once you are approved, and your lease is signed. If you wish to have cable, we will give you information on how to obtain your cable. You will have high-speed internet already set up in your new cottage home upon moving in. Each month, you will pay $55 per month for high-speed internet. This will show up as another line item on your resident portal along with your monthly rent.
