Hello! I'm looking for someone to share a fully furnished 3 bedroom centrally located house. I usually keep the 3rd room open for storage/ guest. It's only 10 min to north park and 12 min to Hillcrest or downtown. About the room: Has queen size bed, side tables, ceiling fan, and auto blackout blinds. (Can be fully furnished or not) $1,850 includes all utilities and internet (SDGE, internet, water, lawn, trash) About the house: we have ALL the amenities, washer/ dryer in unit, driveway/street parking available, dishwasher, small front yard and a private outdoor patio with furniture and a fire pit. The neighborhood is safe, mostly families! About me: I have lived here for 6 years now and love it! I work at all the farmers markets here in San Diego so l am out of the house almost all day every day. I am clean, friendly, easy going and respectful. I split my time between San Diego, Colorado, and Oklahoma so I'm not here all the time, it will mostly just be you. I love traveling, dancing, and taking my swimming pool to the beach. Place looks like the photos at pretty much any given moment. 1 year
