Originally a Vindale Expando Mobile Home. We have added $25,000 since the original purchase including a roofover and a large bathroom/laundry room where there was nothing before. Our neighbor in the spring of 2014 possessing the same Vindale home and same year without the additional bathroom/laundry room.but does have the laundry in the outside storage building sold the home for $51,00 without a realtor in 10 days. The realtor suggested trying themselves for two weeks and then they could put the home with her where the asking price would be $54,000. They did not go to the realtor since it sold in 10 days with just a small for sale sign in the front window and no other advertising.
