The entire house, including the bedroom, has vaulted ceilings, and the room has a large south facing window that keeps it bright. Stays warm in winter naturally and there's a ceiling fan for when it gets hot. The room is 135 sqft, with 13 foot sloped ceilings. Large closet. The house is 2,300 sqft on .25 acres, with a fenced backyard. Your private bathroom would be directly across the hall from your room, on the west side of the house, along with the kitchen and dining room. The master bed, bath and my office/man cave are all on the other side of the house, so we'll have separate areas. I can be flexible on things like start date and duration since I live here. Utility costs are included in rent, and my only fee is winter heating fee since it does get much more expensive. I'm a pretty flexible and easy going person, so I don't have many specific policies beyond general politeness, and not damaging the property
