ROOMMATE WANTED This will be a month to month agreement for a 14x12ft room in a new home at Timberlake Reserve in Youngsville, NC. Looking for a CLEAN, non-smoking (no tobacco products), quiet, professional individual or grad student. Use of the common area, kitchen and laundry. Kitchen has cookware and dishes for your use. You will be given 1/2 a refrigerator for your food as well as some cabinets. No pets, tobacco products or drug use as listed in my month to month agreement. Utilities are included but if you take long hot showers, there will be an extra charge. There are security cameras outside and one downstairs. You will have no use of the garage.
