All the windows are new and have improved the quality of sound and heat/cold insulation as well as sunlight. *some quirks: Small apartment with short ceilings approximately 7ft tall. when the the dingus who flipped this house was doing the drywall and painting, they put on a popcorn ceiling amount of spray texture on the walls. I have scraped off some of it, but nevertheless, it's there in many places. The dingus (same guy? Maybe) who remodeled the kitchen put two sink base cabinets in, and thus, the base cabinets have no drawers. I have provided a silverware caddy and some extra shelving options to compensate for the storage issues in the kitchen. There's also some extra storage in the laundry room if needed. Lastly, kitchen water hot/cold is backwards. It all is a bit janky if I'm honest, but it's pretty functional.
