Only three units in the complex and it's very quiet. There is a washer and dryer in a separate building and you also get a parking spot. The property is gated for security. The Condo is in the process of getting new carpeting , new paint , a brand new stove and vent hood. Unfortunately the pictures are during the process of renovating the condo. The floors are tile but you can't see because the painter covered them up downstairs and the new carpeting is being put in within the months end. There's a very large outdoor patio off the kitchen and dining area. Both bedrooms have large closets and are good size. It's an end unit so you only share one wall with your neighbor. Quiet area of town with lots of lovely birds in the morning! Owner pays for trash , Gardener and water. Tenant pays for all other utilities. We are looking for a quiet family to move in.
