Thank you for looking. This home is located in downtown Rockwall in the historic district. It is about a five minute walk to the old downtown Rockwall Square. The house is a little over 1100 ft.² and it is a three bedroom one bathroom house. The kitchen has tile countertops and custom cabinets. The kitchen also has wood floors and the rest of the house has laminate flooring. I have owned this place for a little over 25 years and it has been a great rent house. As a result of that, and to be perfectly honest about it there is not much about this house that is fancy but it would be a great place for someone to continue using it as a rent house and a source of income. It would also be a great place for someone to spend some money on a remodel and have a very nice home in a great neighborhood very close to all the downtown restaurants and other activities. I would be surprised if this house were eligible for FHA or VA financing. This will most likely need to be either a cash deal or a conventional loan situation.
