There are two living areas, one with a gas start fireplace, beams, wood ceilings. There is a large kitchen with tons of storage and counter space, a greenhouse type ceiling, a down draft stove top, and double ovens. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and a sewing/ study room at the back. There is a fallout shelter on the property that was not opened in 40 years. The home does need a new roof, some of the Pella windows have lost their seals, and rotten wood. The sellers welcome inspections but will do no repairs. The home definitely needs to be returned to its former glory.
