Utilities are not included in the rental price. Facilities for the community include 4 pickle ball courts, a basketball court, 2 fitness rooms and a giant pool! The walking trails are right down the stairs and follow all along the beautiful lakefront. Top Golf is just down the street as well as lots of dining and entertainment options. There is also a FrontRunner station right up the road. WiFi and Router are already in the home as well as washer and dryer which are owned by the current tenet. Super fast internet speeds and unlimited hot water! Price is per room. We have a strict no smoking and no pet policy. You have your own designated parking for each room. Utilities are equally split into thirds and are not covered in the rental amount. Leases are negotiable, but looking for 6 months or more.
