We have a lovely, well laid out sunny 2nd story bedroom with original Doug Fir floors, good size closet, ample plugs, freshly painted, stained trim, cozy bed nook, and a bathroom on same story {2nd bath to share on main floor}. (I'll be living in a basement room while you and two other woman roommates live on the 2nd floor [3rd bedroom to be ready soon for rental]).Room Dimensions: 12' X 9'6" with a sleeping nook of 8'4" X 6'4", (ample space for a queen size mattress or futon on floor). Room not furnished but nicely finished. Main floor has shared living room, full kitchen and bathroom to share (again, two baths in house). Washer and Dryer. We have Cable modem Wifi in house. No TV cable (we don't have a TV). We have a cat, FYI. No more pets. Sorry. Street parking.
