Boutique Chic Garden Retreat- Available January 1 through May 31, 2027 on a month-to-month furnished rental basis. Fully Furnished Month-to-Month Rental in Fremont Seattle's "Center of the Universe" Looking for a beautiful, fully furnished home in one of Seattle's most desirable neighborhoods? Welcome to the Boutique Chic Garden Retreat, a private garden oasis tucked into the heart of Fremont. This charming 1909 Craftsman offers approximately 1,400 square feet of living space, with all the character you love about an old Seattle home original Craftsman details, cozy rooms, beautiful windows and personality combined with thoughtful modern updates and a playful, sophisticated design. Available January 1, 2027 through May 31, 2027. Month-to-month furnished rental during Seattle's slower Air BNB season. It is ideal for someone who wants a comfortable, stylish home while spending a few months in Seattle whether you're relocating, working in the city, between homes, visiting family, working remotely, or simply want to experience Seattle like a local. The house is quiet and private, surrounded by mature trees and gardens, yet incredibly close to restaurants, breweries, shopping, parks, transit and everything Fremont and Ballard have to offer. And yes there's a reason Fremont calls itself "The Center of the Universe." A Home With Character, Color & Soul: This isn't a generic furnished rental. The Boutique Chic Garden Retreat combines the charm of a 1909 Craftsman with colorful, thoughtful design and modern conveniences. Every room has its own personality, while the house still feels warm, comfortable and inviting. It's the kind of place where you can settle in, unpack your suitcase and actually feel at home. The Kitchen: The kitchen is compact but extremely functional, with everything you need to cook comfortably. It features newer appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and downdraft electric stove, plus a rolling stainless-steel island with bar stools that works beautifully as a prep station, breakfast spot or casual workspace. The kitchen opens toward both the dining room and the sunny solarium/mudroom leading to the backyard patio, making it easy to move between cooking, dining and outdoor living. And it is fully stocked. You'll find everything from everyday cookware and utensils to matching baking dishes and serving pieces, along with red and white wine glasses, champagne glasses, martini glasses and a cocktail shaker. You may find yourself torn between going out to one of Fremont's fantastic restaurants and staying home for dinner. The Garden & Outdoor Living: Step through the kitchen and out to your own private, fully fenced garden patio. This is one of the home's best features. The garden is surrounded by mature trees, planted beds and pots overflowing with flowers. It gets wonderful sunlight throughout much of the day, with an umbrella and trees providing shade when you want it. Start your morning with coffee in the sunshine. Have lunch under the umbrella. Enjoy a glass of wine after work. Or gather around the gas fire pit in the evening and watch the garden lights come on. Seattle's mild climate means the patio can be enjoyed much of the year. The shoulder months can be cooler, but that's exactly when the fire pit comes in handy. It's a surprisingly peaceful little oasis in the middle of the city. The Living Room: The living room is designed for relaxing. Large windows look out onto the trees and gardens, making it easy to forget you're in the middle of a major city. There's a comfortable sofa, two swivel chairs positioned around the gas fireplace and dimmable lighting for creating just the right atmosphere. After a day in Seattle, turn down the lights, light up the fireplace and settle in. The Dining Room: The dining room is colorful, cheerful and full of personality. There's a dining table with seating for eight, comfortable chairs and playful parrot wallpaper that ties the whole room together. The lighting is dimmable, the serving pieces coordinate, and you'll have everything you need for anything from a casual dinner to a holiday meal. It's also a great place to gather for a meal or to sit down with your laptop and spread out when you need a little extra workspace. The Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms include a closet, luggage rack, hooks and hangers, ceiling fan and air conditioning unit. The bedrooms are cozy rather than oversized, which is typical of a charming early-1900s Seattle Craftsman, but they're thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. Fun artwork adds a little personality to each room. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The Bathroom: The bathroom is conveniently located toward the back of the house near the kitchen and rear bedroom. Please note: the bathroom has a shower only and does not have a bathtub. The Front Porch: The covered front porch is another wonderful place to relax. Grab a cup of coffee and sit outside while watching the neighborhood go by. Because the house is surrounded by mature trees, the porch feels surprisingly private even though you're right in the middle of Fremont. The Basement Bonus Space The finished basement adds more than 400 square feet of bonus living space and gives you flexibility during a longer stay. The open floor plan includes a comfortable sitting/TV area with a full-size hide-a-bed sofa, dresser and coffee table. There is also a separate-feeling work area with a small desk/table where you can work from home with some privacy. The TV is positioned so it can be viewed from both areas. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement behind a curtain. This space works beautifully as a home office, TV room, guest space, exercise area or just somewhere to spread out. Parking: Free street parking is readily available. There is typically parking directly in front of the house or across the street, so you don't have to worry about paying for parking or circling the neighborhood looking for a spot. Location, Location, Location: The Boutique Chic Garden Retreat is located in Fremont, one of Seattle's most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 90, you can leave the car at home for many everyday errands.
