This is a single story, detached single family, at 503 Newton Place, High Point NC 27262, built in 1928. This is a squeaky old house, it is heavily dated, needs painting - depending on taste, but both bathrooms are fully functional, it's quiet and comes with a used Fridge, Stove, Washer & Dryer. The property has central air gas furnace HVAC unit. The property is an old rickety house and on top of that has been abused by previous tenants - therefore the stringent referencing on this property. We managed to do the bare minimum of repairs that do not include painting. We manage properties in an extremely basic way and prefer long-term rental. This is property for a frugal person/family that doesn't mind doing some work & appreciates a good deal when they find one. Fraudsters need not bother to apply. Appointments are necessary to see the house inside. *Initial contact through a message on the online listing required. Please do not call.* We require all prospective applicants who would like to view the property to provide the name, age, and last address of prospective renters, before setting a viewing appointment, sent by message on the online listing or through email. The minimum monthly total income of all applicants together is 3 x monthly rent minimum. Aggressive or aggressive looking pets are not allowed. One cat or one dog - if quiet and even-tempered, is allowed. No smoking inside the house. A photo of the pet will be required for any pet acceptance. All appliances supplied are working at the moment.
