Hi, I am the tenant of this apartment in front of the beautiful Fountain Lake in Byrd Park. I am looking for someone, who would be happy to live in this area, and willing to take over the residential lease. As I am not urging to move out, I would prefer to stay for a while in this apartment as a subtenant. Tenant will pay utility charges (electric. bill approx. $60), except for the following, which will be paid by landlord: water, sewer, garbage.
