The downstairs has an open concept kitchen/dining/living space with plenty of storage. A bit about me: Originally from San Antonio, I moved to Austin in 2008 to attend UT. I received my bachelor's in Psychology and Spanish and later two master's degrees in Social Work and Public Affairs, all from UT Austin. I work in public education for the Austin Independent School District in a role that connects social services to schools to support some of our neediest Austinites. I'm the youngest of five sisters and an aunt to six incredible nieces and nephews, all of whom live in Austin and San Antonio. - Utilities included (electricity, trash/recycling, water, WiFi, gas) - Includes one designated parking spot in a covered gated garage - Smoke free home, terrace is available - Open to pets, would want to discuss specifics - Preferred renter is someone who is NOT 100% work from home (I work from home sometimes) -
