In town close to a city bus pick up on corner. Within blocks of sports complex and Longfellow park. Renter pays own unitilites gas,water,lights ect... Want no smoking inside. Perfer no pets if you decide to have a pet you lose deposit. No parking in yard. Rent is due on the 1st of every month if not paid there is a $10 a day late fee up to 10 days on 10th day if not paid an eviction notice will be served by sheriff department.
