This home is in a great neighborhood. This home has a full basement, with half of it finished as a family room. On the unfinished side of the basement, there is a good number of cabinets and a double kitchen sink. There is a spot for an electric stove (wired with outlet) and also a spot for a refrigerator. All of these are great for people who like to can, or like to cook and be still keep the upstairs kitchen clean. There is also a shower and a stool in the basement. There is lots of storage room on the unfinished side as well. The washer and dryer hook ups are in the basement, but the half bath on the main floor could be converted into a laundry room. New seamless gutters were installed on 04-11-2018. We are one house west from where the map shows us. Try as I might, I cannot seem to fix this issue.
