The house has 10 bedrooms: four on the upper floor, two very large bedrooms on the main floor, and four in the basement. Many are big enough to be comfortably shared. Four full bathrooms are spread across all three levels two upstairs, one on the main floor, and one in the basement each with a shower or shower/tub. There are two kitchens, one on the main level and one in the basement, plus a washer and dryer downstairs. Common areas come furnished and ready to use. The main floor has a large family room with couches, tables, and lamps, and a spacious eating area off the kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The basement has its own dining area with a table and chairs. A private gated deck is set up with outdoor furniture. Included at no extra charge: We handle all landscaping, and a professional cleaner comes once a month to clean the common areas (bedrooms are the tenants' responsibility). Parking: Two spots behind the house, or three if the cars are small. Tenants may also apply for street parking permits through the City of Seattle. The garage is not included in the lease.
